C.P.E offers security consultations meetings with management and residents at no extra cost for all contracted property(s).
We do monthly lights out inspection for properties, to inform which one(s) are not functional.
We occasionally provide a two man vehicle patrol free of charge.
We will serve eviction notice(s) on your behalf or standby to ensure compliance.
Officers will conduct lockups and unlocks of the facilities.
We have watch commanders that check on patrol and dedicated officers at all times.
