C.P.E officers are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents and employees generating a feeling of community and safety. Our uniformed security officers are trained to act as a criminal deterrent by actively engaging transients and all other property infractions. Our goal is to establish a peaceful and friendly community for all residents, management and guest.

    C.P.E Dispatch received a call regarding multiple people trespassing and refusing to leave the property. C.P.E officer arrived on site and arrested the two individuals for trespassing.
